I'm April Mynhier, and I design homes that feel like you, spaces that are warm, intentional, and built around how you actually live. Meet April
I didn't grow up knowing I'd become a designer, but looking back, all the signs were there. I was the kid rearranging furniture in my bedroom every few months, testing different layouts until the room felt right. I loved the ritual of making spaces feel intentional, even when I didn't have the language for it yet.
After years in corporate spaces that felt cold and transactional, I realized what was missing: warmth. Connection. The feeling that a space was designed for a real person, not a Pinterest board. That's when I started April Myn Design, to create homes that feel like you walk in and exhale.
Today, I work with homeowners across the Greater Orlando area who want their spaces to feel personal and livable. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all design. My style is your style, whether that's modern and minimal, layered and traditional, or somewhere beautifully in between. What matters most is that your home feels like yours.
When I'm not designing, you'll find me exploring local antique shops in Winter Garden, testing new coffee spots, or curled up with a design book and my Bengal cat. I believe the best homes are the ones you actually live in and I'd love to help you create yours.
